I'm a little nervous signing up for this, as this is my first TS3 modelling competition ever; and the other entries all look so amazing! I'm still a newbie, especially when it comes to editing, but I decided to give this a try anyway, because I really want to improve! So here we go:

♥ Short Bio: If there's one word to describe Noelle, it would be enthusiastic. As a little girl, she used to try out her mom's make-up, and dress up, as she was already interested in fashion (be it in the kids-version). She gets excited over the smallest things, and one rarely sees her sad or angry. Everything she does, she does with passion and excitement, and she hopes this will help her on her modelling journey.
