Hi everyone, it's been a while since I created a personal build. This one is based on an inspiration pic that someone posted in a TS3 Facebook group. Room left in the yard for downloaders to add on as desired. It uses the Sharper Edge Skylights: Part VIII from the Skylight Studio for the Performing Arts. 🙂
