Soocoolsim's Showcase ⚜️

Simfu Academy is a very detailed and very nice build! :) The layout of the build, both the interior and the outdoors areas is very nice! Very nice exterior design of the building! The statues look very nice outside the front of the academy! The red, black, grey and white colour of the exterior suits the type of venue and looks very nice. It is nice that you have a koi pond in the build. Child sims will enjoy spending time in the daycare centre. The floor rugs there look colourfully nice! The butterfly and flower rugs look very nice. The animal seats are cute! Very nice sitting areas in the build. The aquarium is restful for sims to enjoy looking at the fish after or before doing training. The tree of prosperity looks very nice in the meditation room! The martial arts training areas of the venue are very nice. Sims will enjoy competing against each other as building up their martial arts skill there. It is nice that you have sauna and massage rooms in the build. Sims will enjoy resting in the sauna and enjoying a relaxing massage when laying on the massage table.
