If you edit a town heavily with it, your save will eventually become corrupted. Your town will have lots of lag and stuttering. This is what happened with my non-cc installment of the game, in every world I edited, adding lots, objects, etc. Others have had the same experience. It's quite a pity because some of the older worlds need updating for later eps.
