I hate to sound like a dope, but after I download, I see a white file, how do I extract the file
Evalan,do a web search for 7-zip. It's the only totally free extraction program I know of and will do .zip, .rar, .7-zip and more. Just install it and it should automatically associate itself with the file. If it doesn't, right-click the file and choose Open, then when you get the option screen browse to where 7-zip installed and select that. Make sure you leave the option selected for always using it to open that type of file and from then on out you'll only have to double-click that type of file again to open it.
