It looks like she compressed the CAW files so all you should have to do is open it and take them out.
CAW can access them from your desktop or any folder that isn't compressed- Just like finding any program to open- Open CAW go to File/Open World- then use the side bar to locate where you saved it.
Or extract the files to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 Create A World Tool\UserToolData\Worlds
You don't just download a world and put it into CAW. :)
You can download the version with lots and add lots that way. :D
