The Biggest Holiday Extravaganza

"In the All I Want for Christmas Game you can name ONE Thing, it has to be something small (under 100 sp) that you can build into something big by getting ready for Christmas and earning Elf points. So 10 elf points=100 sp. Which means if you choose a 50sp prize to start with and you earn another 70 elf points, then you have 750 sp to play with. Each week there will be a new game and as you play, I'll keep a tally of your points. At the end of the 7 weeks (a week before Christmas) you get to use those points for whatever you want."

I am a little confused about the bolded part, are we suppose to build something?
