Thank you!! There are so many ghosts that could have an interesting storyline as well, I found the sims wiki to be very helpful when searching for these kinds of things :D
Thank you for the compliment :) Momo's right, sims wiki is very helpful. There's many ghosts that could have very interesting stories. I had a hard time settling on Lotta, since I had others in mind as well.
Also want to say that I've added a new rule and some new information to the first few posts of this thread. :D
