Build-n-Share Challenge # 24 - The Sloppy Adventurer (Yes, he's baaaack!)

This Week’s Challenge Specifics:
This must be an extreme case of déjà vu. You would always remember that stench, which took a few days to completely air out from your office. It looked like you are going to have to do it again since the man sitting before you was all too real.
“What happened, Jimmy?” you inquired cautiously. It didn’t seem like it was that long ago when you built this man a nice bachelor pad and made him over. Now it seemed like all your effort was wasted.
“Well, the wife took the kids and left me for a fireman,” he responded, a little too casually. “She also took the house… everything… just about.”
She apparently took his will to shower as well, you thought to yourself.
“I am so sorry to hear that. That is quite the awful thing to go through.” You hope you mustered up enough sympathy while attempting to avoid breathing through your nose.
“Yes, I am heartbroken, but life moves on and I’m ready to start fresh! There is a whole world out there for me to explore!” he exclaimed and you couldn’t help but doubt his heart broken state just a tiny bit.
Before you could ask any other questions, he continued on. “I’ve quit my job and have decided to become a full-time adventurer! I have just enough money for a little place of my own, but I won’t be there for the most part.”
“Ah, I see,” you replied. “So not another bachelor pad to entertain the laaaadies?”
“Well, if there is time for that, maybe. But I mostly need the place to store all of my collectibles and a place where my kids can come visit. I don’t have quite as much money as last time, you see… I hope to make my fortune now by adventuring!”
While he continued on about details of his first trip to Shang Simla, China and showed you some of his non-existent simfu skills, you took the opportunity to jot down some notes.
Starter budget – 16k
Basement storage for collectibles
Make sure to budget in that shower
Make sure to include space for kids to sleep over
You then reached for your “To Do” list and added one item
Air out office
Some notes: Yes, this is the same Jimmy Applejacks, The Sloppy Bachelor, introduced in Week #10 of Build-n-Share! If you already have him in your game, great!
