It is that time again! Time to let your style truly shine and compete in the Winter Designer Showdown!

We saw some amazing results and even some featured lots with the Fall Designer Showdown, so lets ramp it up this time and dazzle the masses even more with your designer magic.

Rules and details:

* You can change anything but the foundation and walls
* Yes, all walls and foundation must remain the same
* You can change and relocate any windows and doors
* You can designate the rooms however you like
* You can change the roofing
* You can add balconies and fencing
* This was built on a 20x30 lot, but you may move it to a 30x30 lot to add landscaping if you like, but this cannot be larger than a 30x30.
* The final cost of the house should not exceed 100k simoleans
* The theme is completely up to you. It does not have to be winter themed.
* You do not need WA to compete
* CC is allowed, but please list/link them when you submit so downloaders can find them!
