This Week’s Challenge Specifics:

Fisherman's Cove

Bret and Shelly Ottenburg and their two kids Hallie and Ginny are all a very fun-loving outdoorsy family. They love going on adventures together and spending as much time as possible outside. Bret grew up hunting and fishing with his dad and has passed the love on to his two daughters. They wish to have a home on a lake (pond) so they can just step outside their door and fish any time they like. Bret has written us a letter asking for our help in making their dream come true.

Here are his specifics:
~Build a cabin big enough for 4 people, but not too big for the lot.
~It should look and feel rustic with lots of wood and earth tones.
~Create a lake-pond where the family can fish.
~There should be plenty of greenery, a dock, and make the area look and feel as if it is in the woods (not completely flat land and some trees).
~Budget is $65k simoleons

Optional Challenge:

Create the Ottenburg family: Bret, Shelly, Hallie & Ginny

Some Notes:

*The build, layout, and color scheme are all up to you as the builder.
*The pond should take up most of the property with the house nestled in the back
*The family members must all have "loves the outdoors" as one of their traits
