Build-n-Share Challenge #75 • Back to Basics

Build-n-Share 108-109 • Back to Basics
The challenge this time is to see how creative you can be with base game items and tools only!
Requirements:
• Pick one of the five clients below and build a house that suits that Sim’s needs using base game items and tools only. The number of rooms is up to you. The architecture, landscaping and interior design should suit the client.
• Budget: §75,000
• You may build on any of the original lots in Sunset Valley. You may bulldoze an existing house or convert a commercial lot to a residential lot.
• You may use the Create-a-Style tool.
• You may use any of the building cheats.
• Show the client in your media presentation (screenshots) of the lot.

What items you may not use:
• Custom Content (CC) of any kind
• Store items
• Expansion Pack items
• Stuff Pack items
• Outside Vendor items (like Dr. Pepper, T-Mobile, Toyota Prius and Ford)
What tools you may not use:
• Basement tool
• Fountain tool
• Half-Walls tool
• Elevators and/or Spiral Staircases
• Curved Pool Walls tool
• Multi-story Columns
• Exception (!): you may use the Separate Pitch Roof Slider tool. There are ways of creating separate roof pitches without using the tool, but since there is no way for the judges to tell how the separate roof pitches were created, we’ll allow the use of that tool!
Optional Challenge: Pick a second client and create a house for him or her using the same rules as above. Just be sure to indicate which house is the main challenge and which is the optional one.
