Build-n-Share Challenge #163-164 • Let's Get Supernatural!

The upcoming Sims 3 Supernatural expansion pack is one that many simmers have been looking forward to for a long time. Even if Supernatural is not your cup of tea as far as gameplay goes, I think that it provides a great opportunity for creativity in building and design, which, of course, is the focus of B-n-S. So... your challenge this week is to pick one of the NEW supernaturals we will be able to play as (fairy, werewolf, witch, or warlock) and design the perfect home for him...or her...or it

Here are your parameters:
2 Bedroom
2 Bathrooms
Must have design elements that make it apparent which supernatural you are building for
30 x 30 lot or larger
89,000 cost limit (including lot, house, and furnishings)

You can go all out with this one, or play it more subtle (think a supernatural who is trying to integrate into the Sims world - maybe they have a human wife or husband and a normal day job, human friends, etc).

Optional Challenge:
Best Covershot: Present ONE image of your build (picture-in-picture is allowed) with your entry form. Caption it, frame it, use all the photo-effects you want. If it works as an upload image for you build, all the better. The winning shot from each entry category will be featured on Builder's Boulevard.
