Build-n-Share Challenge #242-243 • Megami Market Part Two
“I’m so glad you both like the farm,” you say happily, having just finished giving the sisters the tour.
Persephone and Gin smile their angel smiles. Persephone says, “It feels so wonderful, and so easy to get around in.”
“And it is truly beautiful,” Gin says in her soft voice. “Everything is perfect. Thank you.”
“My pleasure.” You turn and look as a car pulls up to the curb. ”Are you expecting someone?”
“Yes.” Replies Persephone, “A friend of ours, whom we wish to introduce to you.”
You smile as the three of you are joined by a petite young lady barely over 5feet tall with large, sapphire blue eyes and a warm, outgoing smile. Her catlike face is framed with rich chocolatey hair. “Hi!” She chirps in a very musical voice, “My name is Purrsia, Purrsia Lightfoot.” She holds out her hand.
You smile, taking it gently and introduce yourself. “Its nice to meet you.”
“Wow! Gin! Persephone! Your house is so pretty! And look at the cows!” The pleasure and joy for her friends just radiates out of her. “This is exactly what you wanted! How awesome!” That last sentence was said as she gave the two enthusiastic and intensely affectionate hugs. Apparently the shy pair are used to her affectionate nature as they don't seem startled.
“Yes. We are very happy.” Persephone says. “We were about to explain what we want in the market.”
“Oh good I didn't miss it!” Purrsia grins. “When Gin and Persephone told me about what they wanted, I had to be part of it! You see I’m a chef, trained at one of the best schools in the world. I’ve always wanted my own little place where I could cook what I wanted to cook. To me, a fresh market would be a perfect pairing. Plus I could really show case Gin and Persephone’s products in the food I make. So we decided to go into partnership. “
You nod, noting that the two seem a bit relieved to have Purrsia there to do all the talking. “I’m following you.”
“We need plenty of space for Gin and Persephone to show their goods. Roofed or covered so that if it rains they don't get drenched. I’d need a decent kitchen, eating area. We’ll probably need public bathrooms, parking, lighting…Oh! and of course it needs to look as beautiful as this place. And of course easy for Persephone to get around. I’ve chipped in about 25k to start out with, so our budget is going to be 75000. Is that okay?”
“Should be fine. Can you give me 2 weeks?”
“Sure.” Purr gives a cute little smile that involves her wrinkling her nose playfully, “Gives me a chance to try out their goods and work on a menu. I’ll be staying with them for the time being, but I might hit you up for my own little place later.”
“All right. I’ll get to work…”

OPTIONAL CHALLENGE: Purrsia Lightfoot is a beautiful maiden who likes to live in the "olden days" she believes in living off the land, which is why she is such good friends with the Magami sisters. Purrsia is Friendly, a great cook, family oriented, excitable, and has a good since of humor.
