There are a ton of videos on how to create dive spots on YouTube as well as how to add ports. That way you can explore scuba diving and houseboats without having to play in Island Paradise since it's the buggiest of worlds.

Very cool. The underwater gameplay is what could bring me back to sims 3. It's so fun. I have not yet explored the mermaids. Sims 3 delivered complete gameplay for that occult. I'm not ready yet but I'm going to dive deep when I am!
