I know this thread is a little old, but I tried to make a heightmap which looks like it should work fine, but in CAW it's just a flat map. Does anyone know why this is happening? I used Google Earth, dlgv32 pro (same thing as Microdem pretty much), GIMP, and Raw Therapee.
