GraceyManor is correct. It is not finished. I have no estimate on when it will be complete but I continue to work on it. It's a fairly massive undertaking and you can see some before and after pictures on MTS - https://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=653711 - and get an idea of the scope of this makeover.
