I didn't have a problem with Store stuff and no built lots.
Iirc- I had a problem with 2GB and about 30 built lots. I don't remember how much Store stuff I had installed any more. I know I had to have it all installed if I wanted it to show up in CAW (map and lots).
*My instructions work for adding about 10 lots with full store installed. At least I had no problem last year with Beach City. :)
