I was probably playing maybe just a couple of sim days in. If it's an unroutable Sim, it's a randomly regenerated one normally. Otherwise it's mainly the households pets already in game that become unroutable for some reason. I'll have to play again and write down exactly what I experience. Sometimes when I get a pop up telling me a regenerated one is unroutable, it won't have a picture of the sim so I can't click the picture and go right to where they are. I just type in resetsim and the sims name when that happens. I haven't had any horrible lag issues when all these pets or sims get stuck, which is kind of odd. I'll definitely get back to you on more details though and I'll probably start a new game for it so it's more exact.
