@purple_roses2110: That's the thing, it does repeat for the same sim and sometimes I can click their image and go right to them and then reset them. However, even after I reset them, I get the pop up telling me they are unroutable. Right now I just have the Overwatch mod in and I haven't had any pop ups telling me there's a stuck or an unroutable sim. I'll gradually add back in my other mods if I don't continue having issues.
Edit: Yep I'm still getting the pop ups. I guess it's really not an issue as long as it doesn't cause my game lag. It just gets annoying after a while when it's still the same sim.
