I'm confused too Quailhogs :\ I never experienced stuck sims or stationary sims so much until the 1.42 patch. The stationary sims aren't an issue but the stuck ones can be. I might just edit the problem apartments and just make it a house. I'll make sure to write down which apartments I tend to have issues with. By the way, I am getting routing issues with the Cave Rave (forgot how it's spelled). The proprietor keeps having the routing issue, but I can't really tell what the problem is because it doesn't appear there is anything obstructing the way.
