I have created this resort for those who do not want an island themed resort.
This resort started as my Crazy Carlos' Cantina, but I thought it would be great for a resort.
So, here you go!
Carlos needed a place to stay when he was away from the Big City and his TV show, so he converted his Cantina into a resort for him and his ladies!
This is a five star resort with a fully upgraded tower; the spa is turned on along with room service.
There are eight high quality buffet tables; one for every type of food. A pool bar and Cantina bar, shift set for 24 hour a day offer cool drinks. The Cantina bar has a karaoke station and a place to jam. Sushi and Dim Sim are served upstairs.
We have four types of suites available for the guest. A single story building with two rooms with double beds, then four rooms with single beds.
Next you have the "Couple Get-away" rooms; two suites for those who just want a weekend away from everyone.
Last, you have the Family suite. This is a building just for a family. Bottom floor has two double beds with all in ones. The upstairs has a master bath with a parent suite.
Along with the Pool bar, there is a kid friendly pool with a slide and waterfalls. Two hot tubs found in the shade will help stimulate those fun conversations!
A small open food court is perfect to grab a bit to eat or sip a cool drink as the sun sets.
A courtyard for sunning, sweet drinks and some fire walking will let you relax a bit away from the pool For the home made dinners, a garden full of "must haves" can be found.
For those who want to keep in shape while they are away, you will find a full workout building, with a spa upstairs. You will get a killer massage and steam. Follow that up with a new style!
For those who bring their children, a small playground is also found on the side, a bit away from the pools, but close enough for mom and dad to watch!
And tucked in, behind the pool bar, a small wedding chapel is found; a buffet is set up to enjoy some sweets while the couple get all frisky!
I have play tested this and it earns around 4k a day. I hope you and your sims enjoy their stay! Originally build in the 60x60 lot, I moved to a 64x64 for those who do not have a 60.
