I made a few parks like this - Cooking Library and Park, Ag Farm and Community Library, and another two iterations.
Those templates in build mode can be handy can't they! Even if I move the walls and change the colour scheme etc, it's easier than building from scratch, I find.
I've found my community parks either have to be kid friendly, have few residents (or aging on shortest possible), or... I dunno. Don't spend a few days there!
Any tips you can pass on for day trips to Springs Amusement with my sims?
