To post a picture you have to have it on a photo hosting site like photobucket ( which is free) and you want to make sure the width of the picture is no greater than 650. Load the picture to photobucket, use edit to resize it and them copy the img code into your thread and viola!
The fence for the wrap around porch can be found in the supernatural Ep and also in MIdnight hollow. If you dont have either of those, you can fudge the look a little by using regular fencing and using the move objects cheat to insert the columns like this:
