Zoo, dear Zoo, I made that pic awhile back over at Simatography for a photoedit class assignment where we were required to use at least 7 different magic gnomes in a pic.
The chalkboard was 'drawn' by me and superimposed into a sim painting frame. The moodlets at the top were cut n pasted same way as well. :D
