I def. want both mansions, I'm just deciding where to put them xD I think I will put the abandoned one there though. All the furniture will be dramatic and gothic, but all gross from being there for so long. I have a story line for it where an architect sim and her fiance move in and want to renovate before they have a baby, but they have to deal with ghosts and finding secret areas and things. And you could just move them out if people want to use if for other sims xD
I've geared a lot of stuff towards supernatural, I've already started houses for werewolves, fairies and witches, and planned sims of every kind! At some point I need to make a nice crypt for my main vampire sim and his baby.
