I'll think of a place to add the fountain, somewhere a bit hidden-away. The Zen park doesn't have koi atm. It does have a wedding arch, I might just change that to a small park and convert it into more of a wedding lot, and then make another zen garden. There are koi spawners in other parks though.

I already have a ranch with around 4 horse stalls. have you seen all of the pages? I think it is on page 3 or so. It's got a large farmhouse and smaller outhouse as well. That would probably be good for a richer farm/ranch family. I like the idea of that poor ranch though!
Have you seen page 5? There is a picture of a church there! It's on the graveyard lot though, otherwise I'd love the vampire to live there.
You will need subways. I have those in the city, but I think once Supernatural comes I will use the phone booth teleporters from that ep. hey're go better with the countryside areas, and make me happy since they're part UK telephone booth, and part TARDIS.
Edit in game is annoying and when i zoom out and half the world disappears into sky/blueness. I'll try go get a good picture tomorrow in CAW instead.
Oops, forgot about those pages, my bad. Ah, so the place you are talking about is for a vampire to live? Have you created a vampire club/lounge yet--I don't remember? If not, ruthless_kk made a vampire crypt club that might go well in your world if you don't plan to build one. It's a 30x30 and made to look like a graveyard. Only two more things I forgot to ask, is there a nectary/winery and do you have at least one 40x40 lot available somewhere? The same creator is kindly creating a "fairytale" house for me (that will go well with Supernatural she said) and I would love to add it to your world for one of my sims!
