I think the rodent/bird/reptile spawners would be nice--especially since children could find a pet to bring to mommy or daddy...*dangles snake in the air* can we keep it pleeeeeeease?! *parent looks at snake in disgust* erm...why can't you just adopt a cute kitty or puppy, honey? :roll:
I know that there is a way to make a "pier" type foundation that you can add buildings to; here is a picture for reference of what I mean http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/unioncove/. I don't know if that interests you, but it might be a nice little area to lounge and look at the view. Again, no idea how they or other builders have done it, but since they don't work for EA I'm sure it's possible!
I adore that lighthouse. I really do. I also like that your world reminds me of my state Pennsylvania, as well as some pictures I've seen from England/Ireland. Lovely job, really!

What CC exactly? I have some wallpapers/floors and a few clothing items (but only ones that look like EA/have EA meshes...those "painted on" clothing cc are tacky IMHO).
All these edits are for stupid spelling mishaps...*expletive* fingers!
