your world is the first I actually looked at all 14 pages! It really is breath taking and I'm joining all the others and can't wait for it to be finished. ^_^ I normally don't like Victorian style homes (just not my thing) but that blue and red house... WOW! I plan on doing a legacy family and I think that house will be perfect! I want to start playing my family but I really want to wait for this world.. it's that good! I have downloaded so many other worlds but yours has the most detail I have seen! I also love the city and town areas.. it has a bit of everything!
The only "idea" that came to mind is when the picture of the forest you posted (page 9), I know you said it will be non-routable (in the background).. but when I saw it the first thing I thought was "wow that would be cool to have a private home in the woods" or like a national forest camp ground (although I know you already have a couple camp sites). Other than that again you really put a bit of everything such as the farm, beach, lake, ponds, city, town, etc and I think that will really make your world very popular!
