Apart from the mansions, all of the apartment-looking homes ARE apartments. I live in London and there are almost no big buildings like that that everyone owns. They all vary a lot, some have a few floors, some just one tiny apartment, etc.

It's a good way to stop sims from going places I don't want to, and to separate routable and non-routable areas.

I installed the patch so I'm just going to be working on houses atm, the new roofs are SO PERFECT though, really good for the cottages especially.
