Pity it'll be another month before its used, this world would be perfect for Seasons.
I already have my story set up for this world - my sim will initially live in the city in the nice house-like apartments, and then moves to the lovely suburbs by the sea when she gets married.
It'll be awesome if you could add some Seasons related things to the beach, like the new ice cream stalls and such.

Seasons is why it is gonna take so long! EA broke CAW with it's last patch, and the only way to fix it is to buy seasons so I have to wait. And I will do a lot of updating lots with ice-cream and sunbathing booths and a proper seasons lot. I'll also update a lot of areas with the new objects and roof colours and things.
If the patch hadn't broken the world I probably could have had it up before seasons/just after :(
