I used to get that error message but then I figured out what the problem was.
Has anyone tried calling the EA customer service? If so what did they say? I doubt that they have insight on the problem though. It sucks that mac users have been forgotten about.
I'm sorry :( I'm really curious now as to why it's not working.
EA have been contacted but their interests appear to now lie with Sims 4 :(
