EynMarcvonSenn What exactly are you asking? Animations apparently run at 30 fps, with extra frames added in to smooth things out. But you can run the game at 60 fps, or whatever you want, and it will feel smoother overall. You don't need a mod for that, just a graphics card that can handle the workload and a monitor that can display all the frames.
