These aren't 50 x 60 resorts but they are 50 x 50 and would most of the area until you could find one.

Thank you both so much I appreciate your help I have searched forever to try and get a lot for this island and have tried other smaller sized lots but have had no success as yet. I do not mind if it is a resort I would just like a lot to fill that space and have it look nice (it's the only lot in the island I have been unable to fill-) I will try out these lots today and come back and let you know :)

Edit:

I tried to place all those lots and it failed I looked a lot more closely at the lot itself and there are some rocks to the right hand side of the lot edge which is where the divers come out so i tried to move these rocks off the lot itself in world editor but that would not work either so i am assuming no lot can be placed for that reason and I don't want to move the rocks in case it stops some sort of action required for diving.. there is also some sort of public marker on the lot and when I googled this it appears this is also necessary to the dive lots so i have not touched that either.. if anyone knows how I can keep the diving rocks and add a build as well on this lot I would like to know how to do it.. :)
