Are the three islands which surround Barnacle Bay usable? Can they be built upon or are they just there? I don't have any of my expansions installed so I can't test it with zen (WA), swim (Seasons) or...

@alanmichael1 - Thanks. I may have to wait to test the smaller islands, I have no current plans to add any expansions at this time. The game does have the little 'footprint' icons for them suggesting these islands are usable, but the terrain looks a bit rocky not to mention small-ish.
