I haven’t tested the with combined rabbitholes. Don’t know whether is here a bug. Moreover, the disaster may occur in specified career level but not absolutely.
If you don’t mind to use cheat. You can change the career level with MasterController. Then use “testingcheatsenabled” with shift-click on the corresponding rabbitholes or residential lots and force the disaster to occur.
