Adding expansion/world to existing game
This is an example. Say I am playing using Generations, Ambitions and Diesel. Can I add World Adventures to that existing game? Will it mess it up? Thank you! :)

It shouldn't but back up your saves just in case they could get corrupted. It was probably more of an issue with the game being actively patched though.
