A playground area fit well ( I didn´t know if you wanted it or didn´t ) But maybe a playground area for adults :wink: trampoline, football goal, basketball hoop ... I´ll see. I like the idea of put a big tree. For me a 40x40 lot is huge !! So I can put big trees :D The other options you pointed have their places already ( although not yet in the photos, but are placed in my mind :mrgreen: )

I´m going to start to make the indoors areas today, so, please, Laramoonlily, stop by here from time to time because now is when I'll have to ask you about how you want the bedrooms (for babies, children, teens) and other things.
