As to hidden jobs, I'm not sure if I mistyped or what but I'm assuming you're referring to hidden skills. Like diving and dancing and playing darts. They gain skills but there's no way to see them without the use of mods. I use the Nraas Master Controller mod but there's also one on Mod The Sims that shows them in your skills panel. I decided not to use that one because I imagine after you get several hidden skills it would be very cluttered. The nice thing about that one is it adds a skill bar. I have a mod that hides the skill bar because I hate having it in screenshots so I figured Master Controller is the easiest way.
