I think the best look is none, with the only two decorations in the back—the space feels a bit more open that way. It helps that the two in the back are farther apart; maybe the ones you're asking about would look better if they were smaller. If you did go with one per side, I think they would look better on the outer edges rather than centered.

But it's an adorable little park anyway, regardless of which option you choose.
