Any ideas for improving the quality of popular mixes?

@Jeansoo I usually only ever have one sim learn the mixology skill in a generation because I don't like to control my sims and mixology requires that I do that. When I did have sims learn mixology, I usually only had them work on mood drinks but I have, in years gone past, had them work on the popular mixes just to see what they were like. I remember that it sometimes took several attempts to get popular mixes to the perfect level but they did get there.
