Well it depends if you wants to use a cheat.
Turn on cheats:
1. Open cheats box, ctrl+shift+c
2. Type in the prompt: testingcheatsenabled true and press enter
3. Then, ctrl+shift+click, on desired sims
4. Click on the option that says 'object' and then click on the option that says 'delete'
The sim may still be in the your relationship tab but you have no contact with him.
And that's a perfect way to corrupt and break your Save.
