I am a mostly goal oriented player, and I don't like having my plans for my sims interrupted by getting sick. But when I play just raising a family without other goals, then I like the realism of it. One bonus I've discovered since installing Vector is that if I have no diseases enabled, when EA's version of sickness from Seasons kicks in, and I get a notification that someone isn't feeling well, Vector deletes the sickness moodlet within a few seconds.
