@Shanniblue1 - I would never want to play with Vector diseases active in a world that has no hospital. On Uni and the WA worlds, I would suggest adding one by way of Edit Town. Note that adding rabbit holes to worlds that don't normally have one may cause a bunch of town residents who really should be doing something else (like being Uni students) flock there to get jobs if you have any form of story progression going in these worlds like some of us do, so it may take some adjustments to stop the entire world from suddenly wanting to become health care workers. It's not the sims' fault, they just don't know any better sometimes. :)
Or you might have used the Admin Bldg, standing in for City Hall in Uni World, to deactivate the mod's diseases.
If you feel that a disease is not working as it should and wish to remove it from (cure) a particular sim, you can do that too. On City Hall, NRaas > Vector > Show Debugging > True. That should open up some advanced commands on sims, such as cure disease. Then switch Show Debugging back off again to continue gameplay.
This thread will probably be locked up by a moderator here for being necroposted to since it's from years ago, but you can always bring your NRaas mod questions to us at NRaas. It's kind of what we are there for.
