Anyone has a list of bad traits?

Sims wiki says ant is tue in game than when something fail, sims are given random traits, than often are bad.
those fails are:

bad pregnancy, or sad mom
toddler than no learned the 3 basic skills
children and teens than have low qualify at school

but no say what traits are considered bad
one can assume than some can be: clumsy, unlucky, evil

Can somebody do a list of 'bad traits'?

  • Sims don't necessarily get "bad" traits from aging up without x requirements, just random ones.

As for what traits are bad, it varies from person to person. I've met players who won't burden their sims with being Neurotic, while I embrace everyone, even my meanies.

I actually use quite a lot of those so called bad traits on my sims. I think they make the game more interesting and make the sims seem more "human" :) So, don't worry about them too much. And anyway, if you don't mind using cheats, you could always use a cheat to change the bad trait to something you like better. Or then, once they have enough lifetime happiness points, purchase the "midlife crisis" -lifetime reward. It lets you change traits.

Anyway I even made a family once, where the youngest daughter was hot headed, mean spirited and diva. And I think the mother was at least neurotic, unstable, snob and over emotional, if I remember correctly. And the teen daughter was at least a clepto.

Oh, and my favorite vampire is brooding, grumpy, absent minded and loner, and I love playing with her :D

So, just see, what you get, perhaps the new traits will just make your game more interesting.

Now I can agree with this comment
With nraas Master Controller I grew up a toddler to child, with only learn to talk

No always bad traits.... unless consider "bad" be an Animal Party

What are the bad pregnancy and sad mom traits?
  • @CorgisAndPotatoes119 This thread is old and will be closed for necroposting, but it basically means if the sim has terrible mood throughout the time (low energy, hunger, fun, etc) which can cause traits to be randomized.

Diva is a bad trait? Interesting.

I think Diva-specific interactions aren't well-received by other sims? Funny enough a LOT of these traits have an upside and more upsides than downsides. Couch potatoes get excellent moodlets from beds and couches and don't actually receive an athletic penalty. Neurotic sims benefit from their own special moodlets, including the calm one after they "freak out" that prevents them from getting stressed. "Talk About Conspiracies" is actually a well-received action by most sims too. Slobs don't react as much to filth and let's be real, sims are nasty creatures with or without the trait. Etc and etc!
