Are mutts and strays the only option?
Is there a way to purchase and breed pedigree dogs, or is having a mutt the only option....unfortunately i waited a long time for this expansion pack, and so far it is very dissappointing to me, mutts...

You can look in the newspaper to see if an sim is selling an animal. So far it has been dogs for me but it can be cats and horses too.
