My sims tend to not stay puddings for very long unless deliberately left so.
Take that evil/mean-spirited bag Mayumi for instance (the sim I started out with was pudding, but with manipulating sliders, I ended with that scary bag). https://i.imgur.com/owUJdKa.jpg
