The Ivy House looks very nice! :) Very nice exterior design of the home! The roofing looks great! The ivy looks nice on the exterior walls and the brick wall texture both on the exterior and indoors looks very nice! The outdoors areas look very nice ! Very pretty sitting nook with the seat bench for sims to enjoy resting there with the pretty flowers nearby. The floral greenery trellis covered pergola looks very nice! Sims will enjoy sittiing on the seating in the pergola, enjoying being outdoors in the sunshine.Very nice furnishing of each of the rooms in the home! The fashion design studio is very creatively designed! The clothes rack and mannequins are nice touches there. Sims will enjoy designing clothes on the drafting table. The basement music studio and gym looks great! Sims will enjoy playing the keyboard there, or enjoy using the fitness equipment to keep fit. The design and layout of the kitchen and eat in dining room looks very nice! The hats are a nice touch on the dining area wall.
