Have you got any other CC installed? Because I had similar problems just after I installed the game but with the sandpit, pillow fights and hopscotch. And I lost all the friendly interactions. I uninstalled every piece of CC and every mod I had and played the game without it all for a day or so. Then I slowly put my CC back and it turned out it was one little mod that caused all those problems.
