While I might not go quite that far, I think one should be thrilled to have a babysitter that even wants to pick up the toddlers in their care instead of standing around doing useless stuff like repeatedly taking their own selfie pics. The worst ones are the sitters that keep standing on the edge of the lot while doing nothing useful, one step off and one of my older sims gets called back home because the game thinks there are unattended babies/toddlers there all of a sudden. Had to replay an offsite wedding six times not all that long ago until I finally realized that my sims had to bring the young ones to the ceremony in order to get through it properly.
